Whether you're looking to become a certified Pilates Mat instructor or expand your existing knowledge, these teacher training sessions are designed to empower you with the tools you need to teach confidently and with authenticity.. Pilates Mat Teacher Training - Hot Bones Detroit (March 2025)
This is the third training I am hosting at the beautiful Hot Bones Detroit Studio, happening in March 2025. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced teacher looking to refine your skills, this training offers comprehensive instruction that covers foundational techniques, anatomy, cueing, and teaching strategies to support a wide range of clients.

Pilates Mat Teacher Training - YOBK Miami (April 2025)
The second training is scheduled for April 2025 at YOBK in vibrant Miami. YOBK is my Miami home studio, and I’m excited to bring this training to their space. Expect a hands-on, interactive experience that will prepare you to teach Pilates with confidence, creativity, and precision in both private and group settings.

Ongoing One-on-One Mentorship for Aspiring Pilates Mat Teachers
In addition to these in-person trainings, I’m continuing to offer one-on-one virtual mentorship for aspiring and current Pilates instructors. My mentorship sessions are tailored to your unique teaching style and needs and certify you to teach Pilates from the comfort of your home. We’ll work together on everything from technique refinement and class sequencing to building your business and fostering a deeper connection with your clients.

Sliding Scale for Individuals of Color & the LGBTQ+ Community
In my commitment to promoting inclusivity within the Pilates community, I’m excited to now offer my mentorship sessions at a sliding scale for individuals of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
